Central
Mindanao Colleges (CMC), through its Center for Job Placement (CJP) and the
Center for Human Capital Development and Management (CHCDM), proudly
participated in the DOLE 2025 JobStart Philippine Program and Local and
Overseas Job Fair held on July 8, 2025, at the Kidapawan City Gymnasium. The
activity was organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region
12 Cotabato Field Office in partnership with the Public Employment Service
Office (PESO) of Kidapawan City.
This
meaningful engagement reaffirms CMC’s unwavering commitment to enhancing
graduate employability and advancing lifelong career opportunities for its
students and alumni. By taking part in this regionally significant initiative,
the institution strengthens its network with various local and international
employers, while actively linking qualified graduates to decent and gainful
employment.
The
participation of CMC in the said job fair is a concrete manifestation of its
institutional alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 8 – Decent Work and
Economic Growth, which promotes productive employment, inclusive economic
growth, and workforce readiness. Through initiatives such as this, CMC
